We keep this simple. Here is what the website collects, what it does not, and who to ask.

The newsletter

If you join From Dr Deb, we store the email address you gave us and use it only to send that newsletter. No spam, and we never sell or share your address. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can write to hello@puzzlesf.com and we will remove you right away.

The site chat

The chat assistant on this site answers questions about the clinic, pricing, and general acupuncture education. Conversations are recorded and stored so we can improve the assistant’s answers. The chat runs on Runtype, a third party service that processes and stores these conversations on our behalf.

Please do not share personal health details in the chat. It is a concierge, not a medical channel. Anything about your health belongs in the free consult with Dr. Deb, where it stays between you and her.

If you shared something in the chat you want deleted, email hello@puzzlesf.com and we will delete that conversation.

Booking

Appointments are booked on Google Calendar appointment pages, not on this website. The name, email, and phone number you enter there go to Google and to our clinic calendar. This site itself never sees or stores your booking details.
